RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and Refunds Policy and Process
Returns will only be accepted with an assigned Return Authorization number. Please contact customer service at sales@guardstrong.com or +1 (801) 252-5350 to receive a Return Authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of the receipt of merchadise. Please note that all returns will be issued less a 20% restocking fee, unless otherwise stated.
Returns should be sent to the address of the shipper listed on the original packing list. If any products are found to be defective, the manufacturer's warranty will apply (excludes shipping charges). For these items all sales are final, and no returns will be accepted except under authorized circumstances. Items that are returned must be in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that not all items will be eligible for return. No returns or cancellations are accepted on Custom products, Custom Imprinted products, Striped or Sheeted products, Concrete products, LED Sign products, or any other products noted as such. Should there be any questions regarding these items, please reach out to our customer service. In addition, buyer is responsible for all freight costs on returns.
Please note: When returning a product please ensure that shipping is pre-paid and insured. Please also save your shipper's tracking number to ensure that the returned parcel has arrived back at the intended destination.
