Risk of loss and title on products purchased from Guard Strong pass on to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier (F.O.B. shipping point). If a shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 Days of the shipment date for research. Anything after the 7 Day point will not be eligible for any carrier claims.
